This permits their finish to seep deep into the grains of the maple wood and harden the surface of the bat. This hardened surface will allow it to rap out sharper and further hits!

The AP5 turn model has taken the wood bat market by storm over the last two decades. This cut is similar to what is used by MLB legend, Albert Pujols. It features a pretty long barrel length and a little bit of a barrel load. However, some players might find it to feel more balanced.
