Louisville Slugger has switched it up with the technology with this year’s bat. The essential build is similar to years past with the three-piece design and balanced feel, but beyond that, nearly everything has changed. The new Speed Composite material on the barrel will drop jaws with the performance that it will display. As well, the VCX2 Connection has been updated to prevent vibration plus allow for a clean feel when contacting a softball. Lastly, the COPA end cap is new and should be extending the length of the sweet spot on the bat.

And as a final note, even though this LXT is balanced in its feel, many power hitters will enjoy it from the extra weight that a drop 9 model of bat usually displays.

Warranty

Louisville Slugger is offering a full twelve (12) month manufacturer’s warranty period on this bat.
