Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as a perfect swing is to your batting average.

Important Note:

For safety and hygiene reasons, custom bats and used/display model bats marked as “Closeout” in our menu cannot be returned unless defective. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” and include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

2. Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

3. Package Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all included accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

4. Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: You’ll receive the item price minus any original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above, indicating you want an exchange
  2. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
  3. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Exchanges typically add 3-5 business days to our standard shipping times.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bat arrives damaged or defective (we know – it’s a real curveball when this happens):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label if needed
  • Choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or full refund

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars
  • Processing may take 2-3 additional business days
